I work in an open, engaging way, which is founded on the pillars of connection, communication and creativity.

I truly enjoy meeting new people and am able to connect with others easily to quickly build trusted relationships. I am approachable, warm and empathetic and genuinely interested in your story and retelling it in such a way that feels personal to you and the people you love.

I am equally happy talking as well as writing - two of my great loves! Talking, especially face to face, is a form of connection as well as communication and writing is a craft which helps to convey emotions that can be delivered in a genuine way in your ceremony. However, we must not forget that listening is an equally important aspect of communication. As celebrants, we need to really hear what our clients’ wishes are to ensure they are happy with what we create.

I am passionate about writing creatively, but what I write for you will always be founded in the truth you tell me. For years, I worked with clients to tell their brand’s story to sell a product or service and, what I absolutely adore about being a celebrant is, that the story here is purely an expression of love or care in recognition of a person, couple or family. There is nothing to ‘sell’; simply helping people to express or work through their emotions. What could be more beautiful and rewarding?
