Led by the heart: my celebrant training

Veronika and Paul are true experts in their respective fields. Two amazing people I have been lucky
enough to meet and learn from.

They are equally rigorous and generous with their training and I absolutely loved every minute of it.

When I started training to become a celebrant, I felt I had found my purpose in life; to help others during meaningful moments.

I believe this is, in part, due to the training provider I chose. Although the descriptor ‘training provider’ feels far too formulaic to describe my experience with Heart-led Ceremonies Celebrant Training.

My approach in life is to follow my intuition and, whilst Heart-led was recommended to me, during my first conversation with Veronika and Paul, they felt like the right fit. There was no ‘hard-sell’ - they simply listened to what I had to say and responded to my questions, with no pressure to book my training.

Becoming a celebrant felt like a calling for me and I am sure that my life, and career experience to date, has led to this point. I therefore wanted to ensure my training was thorough to build the right foundations, and placed great importance on the quality of this experience ensuring I invested the right time and energy to this journey. Heart-led Ceremonies Celebrant Training was everything I wanted and more; rigorous yet with a personal touch. The genuine care, advice and support was fantastic as well as encouraging me to be the best celebrant I can be.

In today’s consumer-focussed world, we are overstimulated and constantly being ‘sold to’ in a range of ways. One of the many things Veronika and Paul taught me was, the law of attraction; you’ll attract the ‘right’ people for you, both in life and in your celebrant practice. I believe I chose to train as a Heart-led Celebrant because I was, quite literally, being led by the heart. And, in the same way, I hope that’s how my clients will find me.

My certificate in celebrancy has given me the tools, as well as the confidence, to walk people through those meaningful life moments and create beautiful bespoke ceremonies. And, I hope it will also give my clients the reassurance and knowledge that I have invested in training to ensure that what I deliver for them is given the right time, care, attention and expertise.

It’s fair to say I’m a bit of a sponge, I love learning new things I’m interested in, and I also know that development doesn’t end with a qualification, you continue to learn and grow as you experience new things in practice. I know the world of celebrancy has so much more to show me and I am ready to explore, hone my skills, and heal others in the ways they need me to.
